Saludos. Me llamo Brizeida Mijares, profesora titular universitaria jubilada de la Universidad del Zulia, Núcleo COL, Venezuela. Estoy iniciándome en la Comunidad Steemit. Desde mi jubilación trabajo como traductora freelancer, con lo cual he desarrollado un área que no había explorado a profundidad aunque hacia traducciones para familiares y amigos y para soportes académicos de mis investigaciones. Vivo desde hace 8 meses en Lima, Perú; previamente en Viña del Mar, Chile, por espacio de 10 meses. Me encanta viajar y he pasado distintas temporadas en Córdoba, España, así como en varias ciudades de EE.UU. (Shreveport, LA; Starkville, MS; Sunnyvale, CA; Gainesville, FL, y Corsicana, TX). Me encantaría compartir mis experiencias como orientadora, docente universitaria, investigadora, viajera, y lectora incansable con la comunidad de Steemit.
