Hi, I one of the cofounders at Bound - www.getbound.io

We have lots of people encouraging us to look into ICO options for the company. I'm new here (be kind!) and would love to chat with anyone that might have some opinions or advice as to whether this is a real option for us.

Some background:

Bound is a storytelling platform reimagining the mobile fiction experience for the nerd/geek audience (sort of Netflix meets Medium). Early content/partners include the legendary sci-fi author Neal Stephenson/Harper Collins
We are also working with game companies like Obsidian, Industrial Toys, Night School Studios, Gunslinger, and more. We use a free-to-read, micropayment monetization.

The way people consume fiction is changing rapidly. The mobile fiction trend started in Asia and we've adapted the model for the Western scifi/fantasy/thriller audience. So the opportunity is pretty big based on what's going on is Asia already.

I've seen worse ideas launch on an ICO. You just have to figure out what your token will represent, how it will be used and why it will have value. You have the product, you just have to figure out what value people will get by having your coin/token. That's what gets investors to participate in an ICO. How it will be used and the tech behind it.
