Damn... really meant to make that comment on this account. Follow me if you haven't yet. This is my personal account and @bujo is the account I'm going to be putting bullet journal planning out as series posts. I plan on having different series so if you're only interested in the physical health and wellness area you don't have to look at a post with content that isn't useful to you. You could keep track of keto points and weight loss through the process. Stay tuned. Can't wait to read your posts :p
