The weighted reputation system sounds like a no-brainer, especially in a world that will increasingly see bot participation in content creation. Personally, I find these bots confounding, and I'm not sure how to even interact with them in my comments section..

At any rate, I'm curious to see if steemit adopts something like what you've suggested. It seems to me that there's a danger that if steemit doesn't adopt something like this, other platforms may come along and do it instead, possibly even using SBD.
