Sometimes the right kind of no is better than the wrong kind of yes

in introduceyourself •  7 years ago

In life, and as human, we always strive to accomplish our set goals and objectives. This involves alot of planning and decision making process....

Nobody sets out to fail in his/her mission. But there is an unwritten rule about life that we all must take note of and that is no matter how prepared or destined you are to achieve something, the clock might just work against you at one point in time...

So, as part of the life lesson in moving through life, sometimes, the NO you get at a particular time might be the best for you rathet than the wrong YES just to make you feel better or raise your expectations that won't come to pass...

But in simple way, a truthful rejection is better than a deceptive acceptance. Looking for job, admission, recommendations, etc always come with great expectations. We always expect good news to follow these expectations...

But what is the benefit of a deceptive YES when it brings more pain than happines. A Yes that cost more that a humbel rejection. A Yes that destroys rather than build. A Yes that take away what you have rather than give you what you don't...

This makes it more suitable sometimes to accept a right type of a NO! A No that comes with sincerity of heart, with more lessons than pain. A No that will re adjust your set goals and objectives. A No that re position you for a greater things ahead...

In all these, its evident that sometimes in life , a right NO which is positioned to re position us and gives us the room to re strategies is better than a wrong yes which is position to accomplish a short term goal in our lives...

The word 'no' can be a very powerful word. Thank you for teaching us a safe and practical for the word so few of us enjoy hearing.

You are welcome. And thanks for passing by

Thanks for the write up

Great post from you once again. I like the positive mentality you have and keep it up.As for using the #introduceyourself tag beware you will be flagged by @spaminator . I once did it with my previous account and ended up opening this account after @spaminator me flagged 10 or so times.I ended up with my account being useless to use. The #introduceyourself tag is meant for your 1st introduction on Steemit only.Yes agree that you told us about yourself but the bot called @spaminator is counting on you and since its like a robot it will do as it is commanded to do. Maybe this will make sense : Abuse Guide - 2017 Update.Otherwise keep up with the spirit of success and have a good day.

Thank you for the info and I'm sorry for that, I just wanted my post to be seen by more people. But I will definitely not use it again

You may like to start with Supernatural Writing Contest! by @jerrybanfield and @gmichelbkk or the great Steemit Power Of Positivity Contest #26 / Important Update ! ( Possibly The Last P.O.P. Contest )✳ by @karenmckersie .But check more tags to use from people who participate in the #popcontest in your future inspirational stories.Just make-sure to use the right tag.
