In my introductory post I mentioned that Custom Converse Is What I Do. I thought I'd dig a little deeper into it and give you a little surprise at the end.
I've been doing these for the last 4 or 5 years and it has turned into what I do full time. Here are some examples of what I do with Converse Shoes. Visit me at Tready for more Custom Converse
I'll start with one of my all time favorites. A simple Navy Blue Lowtop with a Bandana Print.
Next I wanted to show you an example of a very realistic looking shoe. Everyone loves their pets and dog owners are wild about putting their pets on their Converse. This is a sample shoe I made showing how realistic we can make a print. It's actually a plain white Converse High Top.
Below is a sample shoe I made when I was feeling all impressionistic and playing with color. I was trying to test my limits on another plane white shoe. The customer loved it and it has become one of my favorites.
Custom Converse are great for corporate branding and here is what we did for a start up that is killing it in New York and now expanding around the U.S. Grab a Snap Dog if you seem them on the street near you.
Here we took a white Converse and took their branding art and placed it on the shoe. We did a tongue print which IMO made the shoe!
Next is my ATF because one of my favorite bands is Fishbone. Here we took a black Converse and created the iconic Fishbone checker board design on the tongue with the bands logo on the panels. And before you ask. Yes, we got a license to make this shoe lol.
Here is a shoe that represents my favorite thing to do and allows you to learn more about what makes me tick than was seen in my intro post. We take pics of peoples pets and put them on Chucks. It's that simple. It makes people happy and that makes me happy.
Believe it or not, this is a white shoe and we took an image of the pet and extended the background colors to make a deep and rich colored shoe. The detail is what amazes most people and I have to admit, I still can't believe how well they turn out.
Another example of the realism we can portray on our shoes is the "Bacon Shoe" It's very popular among bacon enthusiasts but not so much with vegetarians. You can practically see the bacon sizzling right on the canvas so I always think this a great shoe to show someone looking to add a wow factor to their branding.
So How Bout Doing Something Fun?
So know you've learned a bit more about me and what I do for a living. However, I'm as addicted to Steemit as many of you are . In fact it's in my sole. (get it?) So I've designed a shoe to wear but was thinking of giving a pair away to a steemit member.
I'm not sure how to do so in the comments please let me know if you think the community would be interested in a Giveaway of some sort.
This is really cool!
