Hello steemians. There has been a surprising rise in the number of users signing up on steemit.

This is due to the hardwork and efforts of so many steemians all over the world at large.

To newbies out there, I know that there are so many posts on steemit showing you how to create your introduction post. This particular one might just be the one that will make your intro post a hit on steemit.

When you meet someone or a group for the first time, what kind of impression do you want to give them?

You know they say first impression matters, your dressing, your manner of approach, character and the rest when meeting someone for the first time in person.

It is basically the same on steemit. Give the community a good impression about you.

Remember, it is all about you on your introduction post, so own it and show them who you really are

Below is a small format I came up with for introducing yourself on the platform.

Most important, do not forget to use images to illustrate your post.

State your sources if you are using images downloaded from the internet. I would advice to always use your own images. Remember cheetah will upvote your post if your post was copied from another source

Stay clear of any activities that will make @steemcleaners or @cheetah visit you post such as plagiarism

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF IN PROSPECTIVE?

Talk about who you are, your age, school, work, and family. Give them a little in-depth knowledge about your life.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE GOING FOR YOU RIGHT NOW?

This is the part you talk about what you do for a living, a job you are currently training for.

How long you have worked there or learned there. If it is a client-based build job, talk on how you deliver your finished jobs and how your ordering system works.

This could also be a way of advertisement for your work, who knows; someone might just be interested.

WHAT WAS YOUR WORST EXPERIENCE WHILE WORKING?

That ugly experience you had while working, explain it in detail here and make sure it is in a simplified form.
If you never had any, state it there. Sometimes, it is actually fun to share sad memories with others, it has been proven to relieve the soul of the burden of that experience.

HAVE YOU EVER WORKED WITH/FOR FOREIGNERS?

This section is mostly for those that get client jobs from outside the country. For me, as an engineer, I usually get the opportunity to work for business men who have contacts outside Nigeria.

Once in a while, a partner of theirs gets interested in one of my jobs, and contacts me for further detail.
Detail your experience working with or for a foreigner(that is if you have).

WHAT ARE MY HOBBIES?

What is that stuff or activity you love partaking in when you are free from work or school activities?
Talk in detail about that hobby of yours, why you enjoy doing it and with whom you prefer sharing such activity with.

RELATIONSHIP LIFE?

**Love, Love, Love… or maybe not.

Tell them who that special person in your life is, what attracted you that person in the first place. Was it a long dating thing or just love at first scenario?
Detail it all in this section.

WHAT IS THE MOST AMAZING THING ABOUT ME?

What is that special thing about you, you believe only you have in the world?.
It could be a skill, a talent, or whatever. Just say, the steemit community would very much love to know.
