Well, I went in here a few days ago at Steemit and I'm loving it. I had done a post introducing myself but forgot the introduceyourself tag, so I'm sending this one and I use it to publish in English and with a new photo in a yoga position called Viparita ekapada paschimotanasana (yes, are very long the names of these positions in Sanskrit).
I have been practicing yoga for 37 years and I have been teaching for 17 years. I am also a massage therapist and I want to share some of my experience with you.
