Hello!
I am Shibashish Nandi of http://www.cryptoshib.com and will share my story today.
So when I started my journey in crypto it was little bit overwhelming for me . There were so many sources of information, but what I missed the most was the one place where it could be explained in way which is not so complicated and is easy to understand, specially for a beginner. So I decided to make http://Cryptoshib.com

After this the next thing was figuring out ICOs. Everyday there are so many new and exciting ICOs coming in the market, how to know which one is the best? Review websites? But there are so many of them! and some ICOs are listed in one and not in other. So I made list of ICOs and how they are rated by the most popular review sites, in order of their rank and traffic.
This also included ICOs that are in lending genre. Initially I was skeptical about lending specially after the disaster of Bitconnect and Davor , but then I realized that this was not the end of lending and new more positive companies will come , that is the nature of every business. So listing Lending ICOs also became important to show how a lending ICO was ranked by different Review website to help someone understand and analyze the ICO is a easier way.

I was asking for suggestions to make the site better in bitcointalk and that is where someone mentioned to add Airdrop/Bounty section as many people still struggle to find these and it would be great to refer people here.

I with the help of the community and advisors have built the site so far. I hope to get more support from the community in future so that we can continue improving the site and make information access easier for everyone.

    1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
    2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
    3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
    4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.

          Interesting website. I was trying to make a website. it can be tough work to make websites, unless if they are simple websites. Good work.
