Few words about Denis.

In childhood he felt asleep in the library and lately realized that everything was easy for him. He learnt faster than everyone in his class and in higher school he already wanted to work for himself. He have graduated from Moscow State University Of M. V. Lomonosov (hereafter MSU) with a specialty in «Economics» with GPA 4,98.

Let go back to me (Dima).

In childhood I was fond of sports. After school it wasn`t clear for me what I really wanted. In the last class of school I have wrote Math and Physics Olympiad and took the second place among others in Moscow. Due to this I have entered Moscow State University Of Engineering, Electronics and Automatics and graduated from it in specialty «Information Security of telecommucation systems».

How Bitcoin has come into my life

On the last years of the university study I have faced Bitcoin. My friend has told me about it. I and my friend have launched our first mining machine. Everything started with a small computer and lately we realized that we don`t have enough capacity.
We found a room for the equipment on the plant. At first we have faced the issue with cooling. We have put an additional cooling system and started to buy graphics cards because they were the best choise for mining. After graphic cards combusted we have returned them to the shops and get refund and after we bought new ones.

Because it was our first experience in mining, we were able to get only 4 Bitcoins. That time exchange rate was about 700USD/Bitcoin. I remember that it was November 2013, two days before Bitcoin has raised to 1141USD/Bitcoin. That how a got attracted by crypto currency.

Let's return to Denis.

Denis first experience in the world of the big money and finance was a Deloitte&Touche CIS where he worked as an auditor in financial services industries department. During this job he has gained experience in derivatives, especially futures and swaps. Lately Denis has joined KPMG where he worked as consultant for some complicated derivatives such as Interest Rate Swaps, Swaptions and some other exotic instruments. The year when he joined KPMG he entered MBA in Higher School of Economics in specialization "Investments management" where he met me.

The beginning of my career was related with Citibank where I worked as IT security

Some time later I have realized that IT security is not what I would like to do for the living so I started to visit trading courses and after that I have joined one the Moscow bank as a trader. Because I dont have a proper background I get a job due to my motivation. On the interview I said:

“If you will take me, I will prove you that I am the best”. That`s how I get the job that I dreamt for. I decided to get an MBA degree in specialization "Investments management"

and the second year has just began.

The most interesting part starts here!

The most interesting part starts here. During the 2016 we have made 2 business: football field in the center of Moscow (in loft ), and Hedge Fund (for what we devote our free time: from the creation of brand book to the trading strategies and investing) (sites were developed by us):

About our first business

Our first business is related with football. Lots of people here in Moscow love to play football but still there are only a few fields that are cozy to play. When we thought what business to lunch and we came up with idea that people who work in office everyday would love to play football still need a cozy dressing rooms, TV, sofas and other staff, everything to which they are used in fitness.
Moreover, there are no many places where you could play on the grass. One more thing, Football World Cup will be held in 2018 here in Moscow which will lead to rise of the popularity of this sport. All this factors lead us to idea to open a small closed football field with a grass cover.

• The first problem that we faced was registration. Now it's not a problem to deal with registration or to make account or tax reports.
  You pay about 500$ for year and gain a really useful tool. One
  problem was that you need to get to a tax office witch is located
  somewhere on suburbs, so it took us about 2 hours only to get there.
• Second problem was location. We looked for more than 100 locations
  and found 3-4 that suited us best. We made a list of locations,
  compared them, made a visits and finally found desired one. We
  couldn't came to agreement because there were some problems with
  documents so it led us to a first variant. Despite it was a little
  bit expensive, location and everything was better than in first
  variant.
  

We have made a budget for construction and operational needs for first 3 month - about 3 mln rubles (~ 50 Thousand $). Half of the sum was on founders, and half of the sum we planned to attract by investors. We valued our business in 10mln rubles based on Cash flow valuation of the first two years. So we planned to sell 15% for 1,5mln rubles. We managed to sell this part to investors in 2 month.

• Third problem that raised was the monthly rent payment and because we
  had a spare place on the balcony we thought that it will be good idea
  to give this place for rent. We found a boxers and came with
  agreement that they will pay us 150 thousand rubles every month.

After we have done all that we were ready to receive visitors. But only on the third month, we began to receive enough money to pay rent, but autumn is ahead and we believe we will make profit.

And now let's talk about the most interesting, of getting additional income in overtaking deposit. That how we came up with idea to open the Hedge Fund Res Publica Capital.

While our management only $ 500k, but we launched only 4 months ago and we will attract even more.

Most of the visitors of this site keep money in Steam dollars or Bitcoin, or in a different currency. We want to help you properly manage your money and time to shift them from one currency to another in order to earn additional income. I am engaged in in-depth study of technical analysis for more than 4 years. I studied John J Murphy's "Technical Analysis of the Futures Markets. Full course”, I have learned it through, and still I acquire new knowledge. Every day I have to analyze from 25 to 50 graphs of various stocks, bonds and forex to select instruments which to trade.
Part of our fund is based on technical analysis. Due to my knowledge I want to help Steemmit users to get an additional income or time to get out of crypto currency so not to lose money and not to get in a situation when Bitcoin depreciated by more than 60% (as was in December 2013). The idea of further development of our foundation is to create algo robot based on neural networks, which will educate themselves to trade on the basis of market volatility. At the beginning it is planned to start with Brent, and if the start will be successful then we move to crypto currency and will surely tell you about our successes. Now we are moving to a new office in the center of Moscow.

2. We will publish articles about alternative investments, in which
   assets are better to invest, what stocks to choose, why people go to
   the crypto currency and more. Every day we learn a large number of
   statements and forecasts of the markets and we will share our
   insides with you.
3. Of course, we will tell the story of our Hedge Fund and how we
   deal with different problems.
