INTRODUCING MYSELF TO THE STEEMIT COMMUNITY

Hello my name is Afolayan Stephen and I am proud to be on steemit.

I was informed about steemit by a friend and I must say I was very sceptical at first but he managed to convince me into signing up so here i am. I Love to write about love, life, travel and poetry in general, but above all I love to sing, write and produce original songs, edit videos and other cool tech stuff. I am basically fascinated by technology so you might be hearing from me as regards that from time to time. You can find some of my videos in this post and I hope you find them delightful.

Here is a video i made from my editing escapades, it was actually for a Tv Program demo or intro or break vid, call it whatever. i made this using adobe after effects software...hope you likey!!!

And another exciting and interesting one, i actually made this with a 3D application called CINEMA 4D and ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS and yes you are wondering how many things i am into, dont worry you will know all as time goes on. so back to the video i was talking about, i made it for another TV show intro and i must say i spent 3 days working on this but that was because i was still a novice then and i was working on the project in between going for lectures because i was still in school then (i think i was in my 200 level). Bet it would take me almost 30 - 50 minutes to get it done now...lol enjoy

So before i round off this post, i just want to quickly share an interesting story of an idea i had for a original song of mine. The song is titled SINNERMAN and can be found here

I love this song the most among all my recorded tracks, why is because it carries meaning and moral. The song is basically all about people who don't seem to know how to mind their business, they are the ones referred to as SINNERMAN ...cool right? We as humans should know when to give people the right space they need or else it might be perceived as INTRUSION even if the right reasons are involved.

So i planned on making a 3D music video for the song and things were going quite well i must say, because everything was falling in place, the right place lol. I already had a story line for the video which involved or should i say revolved round a small village, African village with huts and mud walls for houses...

and a really big village i must say!!! its funny how small big things look when viewed from far...

Now this village of course had the political order which would entail chiefs, the king, the masses, guards etc. lets imagine the village people bring a man before the king with accusations not true, and this of course happened because the people who brought this man before the king know little or nothing about the law or what the man has really done to deserve any judgments. We can liken this to the crucifixion of CHRIST on the cross.

The king then accesses their accusations and discovers they are based on false eye witnesses and hear-say tell-say rumors. The king eventually finds the man NOT GUILTY and declares him a free man!!!

I wish this was how the story of Jesus went, but then He wouldn't have died for our sins on the cross and we probably wouldn't have CHRISTMAS ...i believe life would really suck yea? lol

That's the end of my story and yes before i forget, i could finish my video because my laptop or computer started crashing while i was making the video...guess the work load was too much for it. Hoping i could buy a new Apple Mac Book but then again that could be just a dream as they are pretty expensive.
