    Hi @dindar thanks for the welcome. I see that you are into health and gardening. I love native planting gardening and was into it for a long time. Especially sustainable gardens that provide food for people and wildlife and 'host' plants for butterflies. Also into health and have a blog about aging gracefully (proper posture is a big part of it). I'm looking forward to enjoying your posts.
