Soy Alejandra, Médico Cirujano y Partero con Maestría en Nutrición Clínica, mi misión es poder llegar a mucha gente para que estén saludables a través de Steemit siendo una plataforma con múltiples oportunidades de comunicación, así podré compartirles como tomar #healthychoices un día a la vez!

Recuerda que las pastillas y métodos "mágicos" no existen, solo es mercadotecnia y formas dañinas para que te estanques y nunca tengas un hábito, así te mantendrán atados a un sistema de compra-venta por siempre.
