I send money from BTCJam to people and this people do not pay the loan.So they declare bancrupsy and I ASK YOU HOW CAN I RECOVER MY MONEY?

    It is actually illegal to collect from somebody who has filed Bankruptcy. If it's a business and they have filed chapter 11 bankruptcy, the assets are liquidated and distributed to the people they owe, unfortunately there is very little money to repay people when this happens and the priorities always go towards government entities and banks first.
