Let us begin. Start at your toes. They are feeling heavy. The heaviness is flowing through your feet and spreading to your ankles, your calves, knees and up to the thighs. So very heavy now. Both legs sinking down into the cushions. Do your legs feel very, very heavy?

"Yes, very heavy."

The heaviness is spreading to the hips, the abdomen and moving up the torso. So relaxed that you must breathe deeply. Deeper. Deeper still. Are you deeply relaxed?

"Yes, I am deeply relaxed."

The heaviness moves into the shoulders, down the arms and into the fingers. All tension disappears. The heaviness increases, pulling you down to the Earth. Down, down and so heavy...so very relaxed.

"Yes."

The deep heaviness moves up the neck and into the head. Your eyes, forehead, chin and tongue are now deeply relaxed. Mind at rest and empty except for the sound of my voice. You are being pulled down, down, down to the center of the Earth and all that you hear is my voice. Do you hear me down there?

"Yes I hear you."

Good. You are so very calm and relaxed now. Tell me what you do for a living.

"I write Steemit articles."

Good, good. Tell me, do you share your Steem dollars with other writers on Steemit?

"Erhm...I do not."

I see you are in discomfort. Oh look, the flames have disappeared and a tall, cold glass of kool-aid comes to you. You drink the kool-aid. Ahh, you feel deeply relaxed and refreshed. Do you feel me now? I am your Master. Yes?
