Greetings Steemit Community!

I am delighted to be here, sharing this journey with you all. My name is Patrick and my channel is ellipsiswell, representing my venture, Ellipsis Wellbeing.

As the name suggests, this channel is about Wellbeing; exploring the things that support our health and happiness. For me, there are four aspects of wellbeing: Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit (consciousness). True wellbeing comes from a holistic approach that nourishes each of these aspects.

I know – this is hardly a revolutionary concept…but nonetheless, it is important to remember what we consist of when considering our wellbeing.

My life so far has been an exploration of what is truly fulfilling. A lot of life lessons came to me in ways that were joyful and uplifting, but some of the most significant realisations have come via hard challenges and great loss.

My aim is to offer a perspective on life that can help others make sense of their own journey, and perhaps avoid some of the pitfalls that held me back. As a filmmaker, I hope that my videos touch you, to the same extent that I myself have been touched by so many wonderful people online.

And so, a little bit about me:

As I mentioned, I’m a Filmmaker and I am excited to share my creations with you all!

I’m a Hypnotherapist and I am passionate about helping people overcome the challenges that are so often a creation of the mind.

I’m a Qigong Practitioner and I am passionate about helping people discover the healing power of this art of energy.

I’m passionate about Community; helping people connect and find ways to share the inspiration and support that makes all of us stronger.

I have many films to share with you. As a newbie on the platform, I will be releasing them on a weekly basis (that’s the best way, right?) and I would really appreciate any feedback and comments you care to give. I’m not here for the upvotes and the Steem credits; what would make me happiest would be to see that my story has reached people and touched them in some way – that’s why I do what I do.
