SIN

Three letter words that can make one lose eternity. It seems harmless but deadly when tampered with, it is the fastest way to terminate ones destiny and also the only thing that can make God draw away/ back from someone because God is holy and cannot behold iniquity.
Some writer once said that SIN is an acronym for "Satan Identification Number", he said that because the scripture says that those that commit sin are of the devil. Sin is also the only device that can make a Christian to be vulnerable to the schemes and evil conspiracy of devil and his cohorts.
Let compare the life of a true believer ( not a believer by mouth or name but by act and deeds) to a computer with a high protocol and a strong firewall (that can operate itself independently without a user), and the devil to be a hacker trying to penetrate such system. No matter how hard the hacker ( the devil) tries to gain access to the computer his effort will be futile because the firewall is strong and built to lock out uninvited user from logging in on to the computer. But this hacker his one that never give up. He build a file so powerful that it can crash any computer's firewall, he named the file SIN. This file is so powerful that even the most powerful computer that is not properly serviced can become vulnerable in the presence of this file. The hacker develop this file into different shapes and sizes, and also beautify it in such a way that the computer will not be suspicious that the file is harmful to it.
The hacker sends the file to the computer. This file won't auto install itself, but rather will ask for permission from the computer (this will show how powerful the computer is). A powerful computer will not approve the request instead it delete the file, but a weak and powerless computer will unknowingly install the file thereby giving the hacker the opportunity to do as he wishes with the computer.
Before a computer can be powerful enough to see the danger hidden behind the file, the computer must have two powerful files already installed on it, these are : the Scripture and Prayer, and these files are to be run daily for maximum performance. A computer that does not have these files is considered weak and easily prey for the hacker.
When SIN is able to penetrate a Christian life - in whatsoever manner or shapes - it render such life useless and under the control of the devil. A Christian can over or come out of sin by been prayerful (as a prayerfully Christian is a powerful Christian) and by searching the scripture daily.
The question now is; how often do we pray and search the scripture? Daily, weekly, monthly, once in a while or just when we feel up to it. How prepared are we to shut the devil out of our life's totally?
