Well, studies have shown that being around nature for 30 minutes as opposed to city life lowers cortisol levels which reduces stress and anxiety. Psychedelics are definitely powerful tools in showing you that it is possible to have a radically different experience of consciousness and helps you imagine standing in someone else's shoes a bit better and makes you not want to harm any live beings. Yes there's quite a recently burgeoning research literature regarding the well-being benefits of contact and connection with nature which I've been discovering recently. I completely agree as regards the power of psychedelics in allowing you to see things from others perspectives. It's quite exciting that restrictions on research in that field is starting to ease up, so they can start to show evidence for all the benefits that users of psychedelics could intuitively tell you from their own experiences :)

definitely exciting as fuck :D, oh also something about psychedelics opens you up to the idea that it's possible that every single thing you know is wrong, and shows you you've been caught in the momentum of life and never taken a moment to question everything. As far as I understand the blockchain is permanent and open. Everything you write here will be here for posterity. I saw someone posting baby photos jokingly written as though the baby was writing it, and I just thought, there's so many moral questions hanging over that!!! I bet there'll be plenty of court cases in the future of parents by children for compromising their privacy before they are of an age of consent. And so, let's face it, seems like our governments are pretty fascist at times, there's so much surveillance, I don't feel like giving away too much of my self on these platforms. How on earth do people manage to suppress something like this? It literally takes 5 mins to search it up on google to see if you're talking the truth or not. I honestly loved the way you ended your talk, by telling us to do the research ourselves because honestly I wasn't sure if you were talking shit or not in the start, lol. Also you mentioned that since you stopped drinking tap water and using flouride-filled toothpaste that your life has changed significantly but didn't mention how it changed. Would you mind telling me what changes you've felt?

See that's the whole thing, we can talk about google searches, or we can talk about scientific journal articles, which would you prefer? The technical term for what we're discussing here is the matter of intra-cerebral calcifications (ICCs), and yes, I left out some much more controversial details because TED is notorious for pulling people's videos from the internet if they're too controversial and I was riding that line pretty closely.
Long story short, if you search in some actual scientific databases, you'll find there are many international scientists and doctors out there looking into this. The best means of detection is via CT scan, and these ICCs can actually be in multiple parts of the brain, with the pineal gland being the most-commonly calcifying.
Yeah so if you want to talk about what 5 minutes on Google can get you, I don't know what to tell you because there are so many variables. One of the first things I noticed was a huge difference in the pressure I felt within my head. I noticed that as I made this transition there was much less pressure with each day. As if this tiny little bone-like object was getting smaller and smaller in the upper rear area of the top of the brain stem. Keep in mind, I'm not the only person who has gone through this transition, I'm just the first one to be telling you about it, so it seems at least.
You really can't make this shit up though, and I would never be more passionate about anything else because this has been the single most influential thing in my life.
These calcifications build up overtime, and can spread to many different parts of the brain ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/27475519/?i=4&from=pineal%20calcification ) and I believe play a huge role in people's migraines and headaches ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/26531271/?i=1&from=pineal%20calcification%20migraine ).
I'm just here to help people learn about this phenomena that now even DENTISTS are starting to report with their X-Rays. Doctors look at calcification of the pineal gland, and use it as a marker for the center of the brain, to see if you have a tumor... if the calcified pineal is pushed to either side, they speculate that there's a tumor on the other side pushing it. It's unfortunate but true.
