Mi primera presentación en Steemit y unas recetas para ustedes.

Muy buenos días amigos de steemit , esta es lo primera presentación acá en esta comunidad , un saludo a todos primeramente mi nombre es jonathan Ruiz , tengo 24 años de edad , soy un chico muy positivo amante de la vida, me dedico a ser chef profesional actualmente , me encantaría compartir con ustedes Algunas de mis creaciones para que puedan ver.

Este acá es un rico platillo que elabore con pollo guisado y queso amarillo , una combinación de sabores y colores excelente diría yo... Este es un plato de entrada.

Acá pueden ver la elaboración para hacerlo, es muy fácil y muy sabroso.

Este es pollo arlequín muy sabroso , colorido y sirve para presentar platos fuertes.

Los ingredientes son.
400gr de pollo picado en trozos
2 pimentones verdes y rojos picados en juliana o trozos medios.
2 cebollas picadas igualmente
Sal al gusto
Un poco de sabroseador para el gusto
Un poco de caldo de pollo para mejorar el sabor
Cocinar por 30 minutos a fuego medio .

Como resultado podemos acompañarlo con ensaladas o puré , también pudiese ser algún otro contorno de su gusto.

Soy amante de lo innovador y me encanta hacer cosas nuevas cada ves , aprender de los errores y salir adelante .
