What is FairVote ?
We're ( now ) a very small community who decided to take action to find quality content from users without any network or reputation yet and reward them.
Some Steemians provide very good content but failing in networking. We'll help them and hopefully give them the attentention they deserve !
We think, if a ( new ) user is contributing good content, but is paid only pennies, he may becomes frustrated quick and will leave our community
before the community regognized his value !
We will organize rewards to these users so they will not lose faith in themselfs and Steemit.
Our idea is to come forward to build this together with you from the very first moment.
@fairvote is an independent human-bot project,
we'll start by searching manually to find in our opinion underrated Steemians and support them to get attention and rewards.
Meanwhile we will implement algorithms which allow us finding interesting content, which then still will be manually reviewed!
It's not a trail which you have to follow! You don't need to suggest content to us!
How FairVote works ?
- @fairvote will encourage dolphins and whales to vote for content by suggesting them underrated Steemians and their posts.
- @fairvote will upvote each found underrated content pearl
- @fairvote will select at the end of each week at least one post and send a @randowhale vote
What is our vision ?
For now our vision is to get attention of users with VotingPower to underrated "Good Content Distributions" and hope they will help them by voting on their posts.
Over time @fairvote will gain more steempower to join the party. Until then we'll develope semi-automated tasks with a steady increase of found and supported posts.
How i can help?
- The @fairvote project is open to everyone who want to contribute something in any way.
- If you agree with us about the quality of a post, vote for it or send him a @randowhale vote, to help the author get rewarded for his work.

that what we think too. The last weeks we have seen so much great content from new writers and we have seeon that they did not ger rewarded.
We are scared, that this user will leave steemit cause they are frustrated to early and we want to try to organize them at least a minimum for for their post and efforts..

We dont want to dethrone anybody :) I strongly believe that their are a lot of people here, that want make steemit becomes a cool facebook of the future, where user contibuting quality are fair rewarded. I guess most people dont need a thousand dollar for one articel, but if you can make more than 2 Cent per work it will be more than may job offers in the blogging sphere...

Oh, I agree. It would be nice to see some diversity. It just seems like Steemit is not really about reading as much as it is about up voting those whose posts are guaranteed to produce a good return. Changing that would need a change to the way payouts and financial influence are generated and calculated, in my opinion.

I've just added @fairvote to my list of post promotional methods. Thank you for the initiative guys! You have a new contributor. Just few days ago, I've launched Steemfluencer Club which is basically a newsletter for Steemians who believe that Steemit is a platform for spreading freedom, end poverty and change the world (the #Steembassador @decentralizd gets the credit for the definition).
