@ankarlie does it take time to update user profile pictures? I posted the URL corresponding to a facebook picture I wanted to use here but it is still blank.

@falseyedols never tried using the facebook profile picture. What you can do is to upload you picture here http://tinypic.com/ and just use the url from there. :)

@ankarlie it seems I got the correct URL uploaded, but my cover and profile picture are still blank. does it take awhile to update and populate the image?

maybe the size or shape of the picture is not compatible. try resizing it. or also the type might not be compatible i usually use JPG. if still there is a problem maybe there is an internal problem with steemit now.

I just find them in the "new section" and with the tag introduceyourself.. the new ones are the one with the numbers 25 next to their name. That is the reputation of a new steemian.

I checked out your instagram and it's nice to see another Ableton user on steemit :D Love your music setup btw! I'm slowly acquiring more and more gear and it's always so exciting to mess around with a new piece of equipment or a new plugin etc as I'm sure you can relate.
Right now I'm trying to come up with a good way to blog about my music production journey but I'm not sure what format to do it in or where to start.
