If there’s something I find interesting and inspiring for other people I’ll write about it here. So expect not only professional architecture content but things like traditional Corsican music, hot souse reviews and general sceptic community discussions.
Architecture
I’m an architect. I cooperate with one of the biggest players on Polish market in commercial space and residential architecture in general. This is not going to be architectural photography blog with nice CG visuals and news. I will show you the everyday work of an architect from the inside, based on typical projects. You’ll see feasibility volume studies and concept design for real estate developer step by step.
In the future I’m going to explore other topics - optimization and rationalization of workflow in architecture with tools like Revit API & Dynamo.
Tricity
Tricity (pl. Trójmiasto) is Polish metropolitan area including 3 coastal cities: Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. I had moved to many places in my life and now I can imagine staying here for long. I will describe living in Tricity from the perspective of newcomer who has never been in this part of Poland before. One research says that people in Tricity are the happiest of all Polish cities. There’s something in it.
Limited company
This subject is strictly related to the UK law and taxes. I’m Polish but I used to work abroad in different countries, so I ended up with my own private limited company. It’s assumed that setting and managing private company is difficult but it’s not. I’ll try to explain the whole process especially for the people from outside of the UK.
Music and other fancy things
My feed will include some underground music. Especially traditional and modern folk. One time I used to live in Ukraine and there I had discovered the beauty of traditional polyphonic folk songs. It was so powerful that I started to sing in folk choir and started learning to play accordion.
