hi, @ayakashi145. nice to know you. i love meditation too (i learn reiki btw), it makes me relax, understand myself and feel closer to God

    hi @firameutia nice to meet you too, yes meditation is one of the best activities a person can do to increase the understanding of itself and the source of everything, we are born knowing nothing, and start that journey to reach the unity with that infinitely positive being we all are part of and that we all know as God, i'll follow you if thats ok with you, so in the future we can talk a bit more or share experiences, many blessings to you :)
