Although I have already introduced myself before I'd like to to do so again so I can get your opinion.

I'm thinking about writing series of articles and blog posts about fitness. That encompasses everything from training methods to nutrition and recovery.

I would write about:

  • Strength training
  • Bodybuilding
  • Calisthenics
  • Performance training
  • Various nutrition options
  • Methods of recovery and health in general

I've been in combat sports and weightlifting my whole life. Also I have a medical degree and by now I've tried everything there is so I'm looking to share my insights and experiences for your own benefit if you want.

Cool post. I'm getting into fitness again after some break, that I had. It's hard, especially as I'm an hardcore endo - and despite trying hard my effects with losing weight. I know what to do though - I'm an pretty advanced lifter, but losing weight was always a nightmare for me thus I rather stay at CBL/CN for the most of the year to not bulk too heavily and have those huge problems with losing my belly fat and fat from legs for every summer, but now due to the fact, that I haven't been working out for a while I feel like I'm starting all over again. Eh, life sure can be sad a little bit - nothing is permanent really, even to keep in shape you need to work extremely hard basically for the whole year and any kind of break heavily sets you back.
