Never have I ever written an article or blog....

But it's a new year, and for the first time, I feel drawn to share, contribute, and learn from a social media community!

Please bear with me, seeing as I am new to this, my content and posts may need some practice to get structured content and topics.

To give you an idea of what to expect, I'll be posting about topics such as...

o Travel

With your help, I would like to create the ultimate travel guide that I intend to complete by the time I am 40- so this gives me time to save up, one can dream

Here's a recap from my travels this year!

Bali: Biking around Gili T

Feeling horrible the way up at 3 in the morning. The boyfriend decided to take a picture of my suffering.

I actually plucked up the courage to swim with the manatees, it was amazing and breathtaking - they are such gentle creatures!

o Fitness

I am not a personal trainer, but I have always played sports and gym fits well with work, so I have been enjoying this journey! Though I have always been relatively skinny, this is not an indicator of health. Fitness has greatly improved my relationship with food, and improved my overall health and mood.

Hopefully nobody gets offended by the show of skin! I know opinions are divided on these types of pictures, but if it is tasteful, I don’t see why not. I have worked hard to get where I am, and the human body is a beautiful thing!

-London in all its glory..

The high and the lows, including tube rage which seems to have taken over most commuters!

o Property (sector I currently work in)

o Tv/Movies (I will share my top films and TV shows if you share yours with me)

o Beauty (Natural & DIY creams/oils)

o Science (gene expression, pharmaceuticals, drugs, physics etc)

o Psychology

.....and the list goes on - so a bit of everything!

First and foremost, I want to post content and ask questions, and see how steemers respond and what your thoughts are!

So a bit about me:

My name is Flo, I am 25 years old. A Dutch girl born in Thailand. I am one of two, as I have a twin sister. To describe my love for her would be impossible. I have also been blessed with 2 older brothers. I am currently living the London rat race with my boyfriend and my crazy 2 bulldogs, trying to find my way in this world!
Here's a little picture of me in Bali :)

Travel has and will always be a big part of my life. My family and I moved frequently. I moved schools about 5-6 times before I turned 11. As a result I speak French, Dutch and English. I have lived in Thailand, France, Nigeria, Holland, Houston, and the United Kingdom. Moving around so much has taught me a great deal!

Here a little picture of my crazy dogs, peanut and biscuit. They are trouble. They will feature on occasion, just because they are too fudging cute. I just wanna squeeze them!

Does anyone ever feel this way? Cute aggression is real thing haha!

What a great introductory post! Your pictures were interesting and fun to follow :)
It's really cool how you're Dutch and born in Thailand, did you grow up there? And if you did what was it like?
P.S. Your dogs are the cutest!
Going to follow you and see where your travels take you :)

Thanks peter and nice to e-meet you:) I am glad, I will do my best to keep it fun and interesting!

We left thailand soon after my sister and I were born, so unfortuantely didn't experience it all that much at a young age! We moved around a fair bit, and spent most of my teenage years in paris, london, and holland.

I did go back to visit thailand last year, and it was amazing. It is a great experience, and I would recommend it if you haven't been. The food is amazing as well.

They are indeed the cutest, I know everybody says that about their dogs, but they are so sweet!

Thank you for your comment!

Omg! You'll have a really interesting life. Wow. How i wish i will travel around like this. You even lived in my country Nigeria. Coool! We kinda have similar likes. Welcome and looking foward to more of your posts. Lets be friends.

Hi Ikechi, Thank you :) Hopefully I will be able to travel later this year as well. Maybe you will be able to one day? Where would you like to travel?

Yes I lived in Nigeria when I was very young, about 4 years old, so I only remember certain things!

Nice to meet you and I look forward to looking at your page and your interests!

I'd like to tour Europe. I'm registering for several MSc scholarships there as a starting point. I hope i get it
