your picture needs to be edited with an app that can rotate it and then re-post it.
I used google chrome book and my files are in the cloud - google drive.
So, I copied your pic and pasted to a blank google drawing file, clicked arrange -> rotate -> clockwise 90 degrees and voila (there were a few more steps to get this here ...):
