There a pretty funny posts on steem. And I want them to shine! This is an effort to create a community around good, great, and poor jokes. Even those that make no sense, which make them hilarious.

My Philosophy

I believe humor is important in life. Steem can help bring humor to the masses, while making the authors a little extra. This is a community to support each other, and people who can or cannot crack a joke deserve an upvote/resteem/reward.

How does @funnies find funnies?

Well one way is using the tag #funnies. Also using dMania can increase your odds of being seen.

What will @funnies do?

@funnies will hold weekly contests for funny makers. They will get the SBD reward for that post, plus a little random bonus of SBD. The contest will be for anyone. Whoever's post I get the most laughs out of will get a point. Whoever get's comments on their post saying "Hey @funnies, check this one out" will get a point for each comment. Whoever gets the most points will win the contest.

I will also resteem posts I see that have a comment saying "Hey @funnies, check this one out".

How to support @funnies

Upvoting and resteeming both @funnies' posts/comments, and the winner's post help. Delegation's are always helpful. Following @funnies will get authors even more exposure they deserve. And donations will be taken for both contests and steem power.
