Ok, now let me tell how will I do this. Take some notes.

I have a project that I run here in Iasi-Romania, where I will launch a helium balloon up in the stratosphere, at 30+km in the air.

And I was thinking to launch steemit users in air as well, to be more precise, in the stratosphere.

So, if you are interested, I will 3d print your name, put it the "space box" launch it with my helium balloon and then ship the 3d printed name back to you, for free.

I had a first try back in May when we had the first launch, up until ~170 meters, as the atmospheric pressure didn't helped us to reach higher altitudes, so we had a floater.

We did however captured the balloon and the whole setup, after 40 minutes of chase. It had a rough landing on a pond, then the pond grass, then a wheat field, then it bumped into a wire fence, then it took another hit ( eaves).

The good thing is that after a good run in the mud, we did catch it, the cameras are ok, and we have a few funny moments of the whole thing getting hit after hit:).

It was a 250 Euro flight, as we had to release the helium. We had only a specific timeframe to release it, in order to comply with local regulations, but I am not giving up. I will have another flight, at the end of July on good conditions: temp, wind, atmospheric pressure .

As this is a first flight, there are a lot to learn from it, and the next one will be just awesome.
