Hello! (It has already become typical in me greeting like that (hahaha)

Today I wanted to share a little of what my career is and what fields it covers; for those who readed my post in the "Introduyourself / Introducemyself" they will know that I am currently a student of tourism (TSU), and that in fact I have very little to graduate in that mention.
Now, it is the Superior University Technician a professional widely trained to operate the different areas of the hotel, gastronomy and tourist services.

Said this and touching the subject of gastronomy we must mention something that comes very hand in hand with this, and is the management of food and beverages, which covers everything related to the culinary service, from its production to service or sale.
That's why in our career we have a subject with that name, where they teach us everything related to quality of service, treatment towards diners, hygiene standards, cocktails and food preparation.

For the final evaluation, each of the students is required to prepare a plate and a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

On Friday 26/01/2018 I had to make my final evaluation where I chose to prepare as a main dish Lumpias and drink a Cuba Libre (Rum and Coke).

As part of the evaluation we are required to explain the dish and the drink, ingredients and how to prepare it.
