During the 2012/2013 period, blacks committed an average of 560,600 violent crimes against whites, whereas whites committed only 99,403 such crimes against blacks. This means blacks were the attackers in 84.9 percent of the violent crimes involving blacks and whites. Despite the fact that black people commit a greater number of violent crimes than whites (while making up just 13% of the population), whites are almost TWICE as likely to be killed by police officers. Interracial rape is almost exclusively black on white. Same with racially motivated hate-crimes: according to the 2013 FBI report on hate crime 24.3% of all racially motivated offenders were black. Since blacks make up 12.6% of the population, it means that blacks commit hate crimes at nearly double the rate of their population percentage.
