Introduce Yourself: A Businesswoman Who Loves her Family

Hi there steeminians !I'm happy to be one of you guys! My name is Gina Halim,from Koronadal City, South Cotabato,Philippines, 38 years of age, a mother to my two daughters Regine Kaye, and Keah Amor,happily married for 13 years.

My sister @philippinessteem and her friend @msswaggerfuck introduced this steemit community to me.

I just want to share my experiences in life 22 years ago, I'm 16 years old then. My mother lives us and since I am the oldest, I entitled to help my father in our worst nightmare. I need to stop my studies and leave our home town, we proceed to another place just to forget anything about mama. That time our youngest sister is just one year old and the second is 5 years old, third 8 years old, forth is 11 years old and the next is me.

It's really...really hard for us to moved on that time but since my father did not do anything but going home late night and drunk. I need to do something to recover, that's why I decided to go back in Koronadal and finish my high school.
After I finished, I went to Malolos Bulacan to work as maid . I work so hard and gave my salary to my siblings through my untie for them to study and continue our life without mama.
For 8 years working in one family I can say that in still blessed but I need to say goodbye and go back in my home town to take care my siblings. I don't have anything in my mind but to be a successful one when the right time comes.

For 8 years that I left my family, everything are back to normal, my father recovered his farm lot and built a new house. We live happily for almost 8 years.

God gave us a perfect life for 8 long years...
After that? We found out that our youngest sister has a stage 2 cancer and after 2 years medications she survived. That time, I have my own family, I want to help her and papa financially but I need to prioritize the needs of my family and since my husband is bedridden.

After that, I tried working again and I save my money. I used it to build a mini mart until my business become bigger.

But we know that every happiness there is sadness, my youngest sister again has bone cancer, the chemotherapy is not enough that's why she needs to undergo bone marrow transplant, and I am her donor (the bone marrow transplant happened last day and I'm still here in the hospital.

She's stabled now, (thank you God!)
