We are a dynamic, expanding team of clinics including both chiropractors and massage therapists currently. Through our hands we assist mechanical in getting things moving again, this takes pressure out of the system and most of the time gives patients some relief from their aches and pains.
We have found though though aches and pains are the easy thing to correct, the bigger challenge we all have is keeping these aches and pains at bay through regular support in areas such as health and exercise, for this reason he bring core stability, stretching and other aspects of physical health including diet into practice.
