Hi Hector! Thanks. You know what they say though; jack of all trades master of none. Yes, I'm talking about code, mostly for R. One thing I'm trying to figure out is how to produce Bayesian skyline plots for effective population size using microsatellite data. If I figure that out, I'll proudly post it.
