Nice to meet you @legosnjoysticks. The Green Egg is a ceramic kamado-style charcoal grill that is just an awesome tool for cooking and smoking. http://biggreenegg.com/buy-big-green-egg/. I'm amazed by how much better my food tastes when I'm done cooking it on this thing.
