My name is Mark and I live in the capital of Croatia, Zagreb.
Since I have been studying plants and foods that help natural health for the last ten years, I hope that with my interesting posts, many people will help or encourage them to turn to natural sources of health.
I would like to share my knowledge and personal experience with this blog, related to famous plants and foods as well as to those less well-known to help you feel better and live better.

Hi Mark and welcome to Steemit. I too use a lot of herbs and natural products as substitute for my health care; I am allergic to a lot of things so I have no choice and must go all natural.
I see this is your very first post. Traditionally, a new user posts an image of themselves in their Introductory post. The selfie should be of you holding a paper that has your name on it, the date, and that says Steemit. Call it the Steemit initiation image accompaniement. You can always add that to this post.
