Hey people , I'm a new Steemian , but not as new to the social network platform. I have been waiting for the right moment to create my profile and last night I laid in my bed and thought now is my opportunity to join this wonderful community .

I'm a singer/songwriter , I do some of my own written songs and then I do covers of what the subscribers on my Youtube channel request.

About Myself

My full name is Holly Mae Heinrich , but everyone who follows me , know me as Holly Henry . I'm a musician from Hennepin , Minnesota USA . Born and rise here , I come from a musical creative family . I graduated High School in 2012 , but I have been singing from 2011 . Many may know me from The Voice US , as I have performed there in 2013 . The audition went well but after that things did not look good for me . I got advanced through to the open call and subsequent executive auditions and participated in The Voice boot camp during the summer of 2013. My Blind Audition performance of "The Scientist" got all four chairs to turn.

In the Knockout Round I competed against Nic Hawk, singing Creep by Radiohead . I was sent packing :(
After the Knockout Round , I released an album of 5 tracks simultaneously with the fifth finals of The Voice US.

I think all that just made me stronger , because I now have a successful Youtube channel , My own website , My own album and an Steemit account . That's good enough to me :)

How Can I Help Improve Steemit ??

I have really good content I'm going to upload , But I don't want to overwhelm it too much either . I know Steemit is one of the best Social platforms out here and it's going to be something amazing. I just want a place where I get rewarded for my efforts and at the same time , I want to make a difference in the community in any way I can .
