IDEA is to create an investment Club in the form of a DAC where members are (more) in control

Members will participate in the voting of what investments to have in the DAC. This will be through voluntary participation with some level required and everyone is encourage to participate in the discussion with each other in the club to make decisions together.

STEEM Investment DAC

This will be on Steem Engine as a token with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports.

Members may sign up for a minimum of 100 STEEM. Send to @investments to participate. All members will receive one DAC token per 50 STEEM after an initial 50 STEEM fee which will be reimbursed over time. One of the primary reasons/uses of this fee is for longer term commitment and to cover initial token creation. These figures may be reduced as low as 10, 25, or 50 STEEM maybe. Please feel free to comment below to decide together. Shall start high and go down. Tokens distributed will be proportional fairly in value. SBD equivalents will be accepted (in the future) too. STEEM is currently preferred being the base token of Steem Engine and much of STEEM itself.

One question is shall we charge members an initial joining fee as well.

Paper Trading Voting Rewarded DAC Club

We could trade on paper together while voting to receive tokens which would be used to reward our collective paper trading results in the DAC Club. Please feel free to express interest in this as well. All members would receive equal amount of tokens. Think to ask for a small fee to potentially minimize "bot" and multi account signups. These fees would go towards initially creating the token and an initial prize pool. Perhaps we could compete or simply all work together depending on what the members want to do together!

Bitshares Investment DAC

This will be on bitshares. With the nature of accounts and multisig on bitshares all member accounts will have voting rights through multi signature agreements to first propose then vote on changes within the DAC. This will be a form of decentralized governance with the club membership. Members will know each other. Please fee free to leave bitshares name below and/or watch future posts for more information.

A DAC Club account will be set up when we are all in order. Many have expressed interest from this idea which has been discussed with numerous potential members recently. Fee may be about 100 bitshares accepted in numerous forms. More on this soon. Please feel free to respond with your feedback.

EOS Investment DAC will be in the future.

DAC Club

There will be a fee to join these Investment DACs as well. This will be shared and used to cover the costs of setting up and management. Such as on chain costs. Small amounts will go to a small core group that mange certain things as well. Part of the idea is that STEEM from posts will be sued over time to reimburse members for covering these initial costs. This model aims to have effectively near zero fees for members. There will still be some fees with accounts interacting with the platforms that go to core development teams and networks and such. Part will go to those who manage this account which will make posts in transparency. Perhaps 50% to STEEM POWER as is when posts are made, 25% to members, and 25% to management for their time and resources.

There may be meetings online and/or in person depending how the DAC may evolve and grow. Members are encourage to meet and discuss investment ideas together as that is one of the core values of this investment club DAC idea.

Possible fee to continue for new members to show a level of interest and initial commitment.

May have a fee and/or token for future members to join with possible referral (fee/reward) with part of the idea for members to invite who they know already as this builds and has some level of trust already established.
