what kind of fellowship did you do that trained you for this work? do you feel well prepared with GP/EM alone?

In norway we have 6 years of medical school where we cover every field. Then we do a year in the hospital where we rotate to surgery, and internal medicine and psychiatry. After that a half a year as a trainee GP with guidance. So i feel prepared since I have had training wheels for one and a half year.
