Hello Steemit! My name is Jiaxi. I am 26 years old. I'm from china,and now lives in Shanghai,China. I am a advertising dog. 3d designer. and part time illustration. my girlfriend and I work in the same company. I know from her to this social platform@Jiaoliu. writing articles on here all need full English writing...but honestly my English is poor. this is also a big challenge for me. but I will slowly overcome.

I grew up learning Chinese calligraphy, remember when I was eight, my mother found that I have strong interest in writing, he bought a small brush, write to me to play. I often take a brush dipped in water, writing in the newspaper, then completely is my personal interests, it's like playing a game for me, I enjoy it. after parents find calligraphy teacher, let me to accept professional system of study. though very hard to learn it, very tired. But I am very enjoy for calligraphy, and think it is very worthwhile.

For this I am very thankful to my parents. the first, because the calligraphy is one of Chinese traditional culture. however, after entering the information age, people an opportunity to hold pen to write every day also in reducing slowly, for if you can write a word also don't care about. and no one is also the basic written communication. Let alone write calligraphy. in our country have no how many college students can write beautiful words. in today's society with the smart phones and computers, calligraphy, an important traditional Chinese culture is also in the gradually faded.

Write for their own benefits might have been ignored by the people, it can make you calm down and especially calligraphy, cultured is cultivate one's morality raises a gender. practice calligraphy short time need dozens of minutes, long hours, it can be a very good improve one's focus. in the great social pressure could make you not impetuous, and have a calm heart. Calligraphy, in my opinion, like music and dance, is a way to express their inner feelings, the beauty of a free and will not be bound.

The traditional world in the collapse. The only thing left is only experience. if there are those who practice calligraphy in the future. its purpose is not for fame and start a family but enjoy the process of writing about the experience of quiet. I'm afraid that is farming legacy of China's richest a pile of postmodern spirit heritage.

I don't know how many foreign friends are interested for Chinese calligraphy culture, but I want to find in this social platform steemit like writing, and the hobby friend of the Chinese calligraphy art. Hope to be able to attract like-minded people to join us.

About future

Later I am going to write some articles about Chinese calligraphy, trying to unlock a new tag. to share with you the calligraphy art brought about by the fun of different.

If everybody enthusiasm high, or interested in calligraphy, I will be the basis of the calligraphy writing tutorials. I'm very welcome to my study and communication. also please feel free to give me advice. It makes me can do better in the future.
