Hello, steemians! I am Jimmy Vidal, a Venezuelan student of sound engineering at the AudioPlace Academy located in Caracas, capital of my country Venezuela.
As you know, I have a dog named Patricio, which we say is my partner in all the things I do. I rescued him from a shelter a year ago and today is the most spoiled thing that exists in my house
My beginning in the world of audio.
At the age of 19 I entered in Simon Bolivar University. One of the best universities in my country. There I met the ClubAudioUSB group, which encouraged me to learn more about the wonderful world of audio and everything related to how a musical production is made. Although we did not have much experience or knowledge, the desire to learn about this topic was more and more.

There I met a friend, brother, and partner today. Jhon Scarzo (@jscarzo), who has incredible patience, gives good advice and I know I can always count on him.

I decided to enter more seriously in the Audio world 1 year ago, and I entered the Audioplace Academy where I am currently studying Sound Engineering. There I met a second important character, friend and casually professor of the "Music Management" class Manuel Mirabal, intellectual property lawyer and vocalist of the band SeptimaCarta, one of the groups with which I currently work. From Here it was when I took the turn of entering music management.

Marketing is a discipline that is responsible for studying both the market and the buyers of a product as such and based on this analysis it seeks to attract, retain and make loyal customers for the brand with which we are working. With this in mind, music marketing is basically the same concept aimed at a musical field.
While management is the ability to manage all activities assigned to other departments within an organization. An analogy to understand it would be a soccer coach, who does not play in the game but manages it, since he knows how each player must perform in the most optimal way to obtain the victory. The mission is to achieve a joint and effective action of people towards specific objectives and common values within the organization. Let's call our "organization" as: musical band, audiovisual media that come into this area, producers, musicians, etc.

Ara was born, a Venezuelan agency capable of carrying everything related to marketing, management and production in music, being founders Jhon scarzo, Manuel Mirabal, Enrique Pinedo and myself.
The objectives
Today Venezuela is going through a bad time in all possible areas, and music has been affected in a very negative way by all these problems we face. I will always believe in the great talent that exists within our borders, and for that reason I want to do everything possible to help the national talent, our culture and the people who, like me, feel that they want to see our full potential. It is incredible the talent that is hidden in places that we do not know and how incredible it would be for everyone to see it. Would not you like to meet him too? If so, stay with me.
