Hey Steemians,
Today I just the reached the 100+ followers, so I decided to take this opportunity ta make my introduction post.
My name is Joseph from the Dominican Republic. 
To be honest with you guys, I've joined this social network (Steem), because of the benefits of being able to make some money just by posting, upvoting and making comments, but as time passes by, I'm realizing that this is a lot more than that.
Everyday I'm learning something new, there's a lot of quality posts in here. Now I'm able to talk a little, just a little bit, about cryptocurrency, which a whole new world for me.
Just like my father says, you're not going to win the lottery if you play no tickets.That's also part of the reason why I'm here. I've heard my friends, excited, talking about Steem on a daily basis, so I also wanted to be part of that excitement.
And I gotta tell you, fellows Steemians, it is a little hard to grow here, but hey, I'm here to stay. And keep learning from you guys day in and day out.

I am new to this too but jumped in with both feet and and for what I have already transferred into my countries currency I can not complain. I have made more doing this so far in a little over a week than what I could make working at a fast food place. (though I would never do that I love being self employed)
