Is there a high demand for RX-480 RX580 GPU's for mining bitcoin in Venezuela? Are they illegal?

Going for $400-$500 in USA they are getting harder to find. What do the GPU's go for in Venezuela?

    Are you sure mining bitcoin with GPU´s? Would not it be more like mining Ethereum, Zcash, etc ...?

    That´s computers components are not illegal. In social medias, i saw a lot of people building his rigs.
