Joy Drummer here! World Traveler, Musician, Drummer, Youtuber and Joy Maker

Hi Everyone, I'm absolutely loving steemit and this new world I am discovering. I am honored to introduce myself and showcase my life's work.

For the past 9 years I have been traveling the world, living in different countries and playing music to as many people as possible. It's been my goal, and my name on social media, to spread as much joy as possible doing the most beautiful thing I can think of, playing music

A quick little summary of where I am now and how I got here:

I began my journey in 2009 when I joined the band pictued above, the Mason Rack band. I was discovered by Mason on a band seeking website in Canada called Bandmix. After a 6th month tour all over Canada he asked me to move to Australia at the agoe of 21, I jumped at the opportunity and began to live and tour that beautiful place for the next 4 years

After having played so many major festivals and almost 1000 gigs, it was time for a change. I moved back to Canada and began to employ my services as a session drummer and drum teacher. I played with rappers, funk bands, rock bands, top 40 bands, country bands, pop bands and even recorded a metal album.

After that experience I was asked to rejoin the Mason Rack Band and tour Europe. It was there that I would meet my future wife, move form Australia back to Canada and then to Europe to live and work in the beautiful Netherlands.

Since then I have become a drum teacher, free lance musician, touring musician, clinician and sponsored by a few drum companies ( Cooper Grooves, The Sweet Spots, Dream Cymbals) I have toured UK, France, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Belgium, Spain, Italy and more are on the way!
