Sweet! I noticed you posted on chia-seed pudding, which I also adore & have made many great variations of. Chia-seed pudding & I are great friends. 😍 I will have to include that in the post. Thanks for the inspiration, and I'll definitely mention you with a link to your blog in gratitude.

      Guess what? ... I let the cat out of the bag, so now you can read my banana pancake recipe on my blog under 3 easy vegetarian breakfast recipes. Please try it and let me know how it comes out in your kitchen! And BTW, sometimes I add chocolate chips to the batter because why not?
