Welcome to steemit, this is great post, I like how open you are, you are very strong and seem like a wonderful person. I understand some of things you are talking about. Between the 2-6 grade I was bullied a lot buy the bigger kids in class. That really messed me up because during that time and sometimes till now I try to people please too much so they wont dislike me and made me very shy and timid and I will admit it has held me back from being happy. I been fighting everyday since high school to break that mold.
I figure I share something about myself because how inspiring this post was, this a great content keep it up :)
@juanalmonte Thank you so much for sharing that. You know one day I realized that I HAD to get over the fear of what other people thought about me because if I didn't then I could see my whole life passing me by and I would live with major regrets! The last thing I wanted was major regrets so I decided to continue moving forward with my life and to just BE ME and who cares what they think. At the end the day, 9 out of 10 times they are not even gonna be at your funeral so don't allow them to keep you from being you. Watch this video I made about it :D
