Why worry about the things that doesn't worry about you ???

The Question is ??

Why do we always like to worry about the things that doesn't even care if we are alive or not ? we always like to cause our self more problems than we can solve. Do u know that 97℅ of the thing we worry about doesn't even exist.

So why then worry, if we take a close look at those in the hospital now are days 80℅ of the patient suffers from high blood pressure from anxieties (worries) in the nation today people die from over worrying about the things they shouldn't bother their mind on . Why don't they leave life the way it is & imagine of things & also putting them into action and see what comes out rather than worry & stressing your heart or even worry your brain.

What worries cause

It causes a lot of damages to the brain & a times making the patient brain to malfunction which cause mental disorder and at the end makes the person lose his /her identity by making them insane. Even the bibles says do your best & leave the rest to God, Anxieties ( worries) doesn't solve our problem but rather increases death rate
In our nation.
There are so many people that worries about the future that they are not even sure if they would be alive to see that day they are worrying about.
YES ,there are so many people that worries about tomorrow but they never got the chance to smell it not even to talk of seeing it,

My experience :

I am one of those people who also worries about my future till I realise that most of those things I worried about the most never came true but the ones i worry less about always came true, then I told myself : why worry about the things that doesn't know if i was born on earth or if i even exist,I stopped worrying & my life became at peace again but luckily for me I found out that those things i worried more to get then, When i was worrying were coming freely to me without me worrying about them now. Then I realise that the future has it ways , Meaning it only makes way for those who worries less about it & shut the door for those who worries more about it ...

..lionel messi

They worried less and did the things they love the most which is football they never worried about what the future might be they were only hoping to be successful for a good life, they forget about every other things & put all their focus on ball ( their career) which has taken them to where they are today why because they less worried about the things that most of us would worry about the most if we were to be in their shoes .Have you notice that some people don't do things out of passion but they do it for the reward that follows those things they are chasing for which shouldn't be so.
We should all learn how to do things from our heart & not just to satisfy our interest. Because I believe that anything that comes out of our heart are genuine & are easier to grant us all rewards without we worrying about how it them.

So Let us always keep in mind that no true legend worries about future but rather allows the future to worry about it self .

So as a true legend which We all are always remember to do the things you always dream of not because of their rewards but because you so much love them & see how you will flourish in no time ..
