Hi, my name is Julio Arrieche. I'm a 25 years old Venezuelan. Around 2014 I learned that you could make money online, something that changed my mind on how to spend my time on a computer because all I did before that was watching videos on youtube (although I still watch videos there). Back then, a friend of mine told me about taking surveys and boy oh boy, was I excited when I first got paid.

After a while, I started doing my own research and I found myself in an ocean of possibilities but also of scams. Since everything was new to me, I had no option but to try. A lot of times I encounter myself with opportunities that were too good to miss but also too good to be true.

Finally, one day while watching some videos a recommended video got my attention, the title was "how to make up to 10$ a day bu playing an online game" and that was the first time a heard the word satoshi in my life. The video was about a bitcoin faucet, I tried it for one day and it paid me and best of all, it was instantly. Well, something that is worth mentioning is that I did not know what to do with the Satoshi I was earning but I was thrilled that I could earn money while playing a game.

It's been almost 4 years now and I have tried many ways to have a solely internet based income. For quite a while now, I have wanted to become a youtuber but since I do not have the charisma I decided that writing about the thing I like could be another way to connect with like-minded people while having some sort of income.

Recently, I heard about Steemit and I thought that this might be to the opportunity I have been looking for. I hope to find my place in this community and be able to share my thoughts and content with you, also I'd like you to give me some advice on what should be my next steps here.
