FINALLY!!.... An Introduction

Hi Steemians,

It's been almost a year since I was introduced to steemit by my beautiful (you owe me for this) best friend @filnette but since then I haven't written anything yet; not even an introduction. Though I'm fond of reading posts by other steemians, I'm not really sure what to write and post here. Well, I promised my best friend that I will try to at least introduce myself today and there's no time to turn back now or else I'll be nagged again....:)

So here it goes:

I'm Junemark. I'm the complete opposite (mostly) of my best friend. @filnette loves to travel, I'm an indoor person. She's a talker, I'm the silent one (hehe). She's a writer, I'm the reader of her works. Hence, compared to her, I was thinking, what can be share about me that will interest you?

Well, I'm a gamer. I like playing mobile games, especially Mobile Legends Bang Bang and Rules of Survival at the moment which are two of the most popular games in mobiles right now. I'm also into art. I like paintings using water colors, pastels and sketching with colored pencils and charcoal. Maybe next time I'll be able to share with you my works (disclaimer, I'm not a pro though I just like to paint.lol). I like reading books as well. And though mostly my best friend and I are opposites we have one thing in common, the love for food because FOOD IS LIFE. (Insert heart emoji) :-P

Hopefully, through this introduction I'll have the momentum to share more with you about my interests and passions. And to get to know more people here in steemit.

Hello junemark! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. As a start, here are 5 tips that we believe will be helpful to you:

Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.

Okay so this makes me real proud and happy. Partly because of the wonderful introductory post (kudos to the mentor?lol) but mostly because in this post, I'm the her. Hopefully I could finally see your paintbrush and canvass outside of the cabinet for you to work on again. Yay! I'm just so happy you finally let all my naggings be productive. Haha. Ohhhh!!! Hi there, upon checking my profile I just made the account this year. My friend is actually the one who is almost 1 year here in Steemit. Since, I frequently read her post even before I signed up I thought I've been here for almost a year also. Sorry, my bad. Though, thank you for welcoming me. Hi bayanihan, thank you for appreciating my art work. Actually that is my first portrait drawing using water color. Planning to do more soon. I'll make sure to record every steps and make a series for it. Yup, thanks to @filnette I found a new platform to post my works.
