I don't understand this power up thing? does it make posts more visible? does it make upvotes earn more?

    It makes your votes earn more. As your votes make others more money they are more inclined to follow you and up vote your content, in turn making you more money. I will post a follow up to this post, thanks for reading! Followed you back as well!
