    Breaks my heart whats happening to the kurds at the moment. They seem to have a very long history unfortunitly i only know the present history.

      Kurdish history goes back to the Sumerians. The term Kurd is related to the Sumerian Karda which was found from Sumerian clay tablets of the third millennium B.C.
